This article explains how RideSuite integrates with Weby Ltd (Airport Taxi Transfers / City Airport Taxis), how bookings are received, validated, and processed, and how changes or exceptions are handled within the platform.
How Bookings Are Retrieved
RideSuite polls the Weby API every 30 minutes to fetch newly created bookings. Any new booking received from HTX will appear in RideInbox → New Orders.
If Auto-Accept is enabled, the booking is automatically validated and moved to RideManager or RideSchedule, depending on your configuration.
If data is missing or cannot be validated, the booking remains in RideInbox and must be reviewed and manually accepted by a user.
NB: Orders are not considered accepted by Weby until the user manually accepts them via the acceptance link in the email or in the Weby portal.
Handling Missing or Incorrect Data
If a booking contains errors or incomplete information, users will need to manage this offline via the Weby portal or by email.
Handling Changes
RideSuite supports handling changes directly from the Weby API. Orders with updates appear in RideInbox > Change Orders.

Handling Cancellations

To ensure bookings are processed correctly, Weby vehicle types are mapped to specific RideSuite Vehicle Categories.
