Price Lists Overview

Price Lists are accessed from the left-hand menu in RideRates. A Price List consolidates and displays the rates for various services under a specific contract.

Associating Rate Cards with a Price List

Once created, you can associate one or more Rate Cards with a Price List. This allows you to:

  • Combine rates from different gateways (e.g., airports) into a single Price List.
  • Create a consolidated list of prices to display on your website or for other purposes.

Price Calculation

The prices in a Price List are calculated by taking the base rates from the associated Rate Cards and applying the following adjustments:

  • Markup Percentage: A percentage added to the base rate.
  • Minimum Markup Amount: A fixed minimum amount that is added to the base rate.

This ensures that your pricing reflects both the base rate and any required adjustments for profitability.
