To upload orders, navigate to Upload in the left-hand menu within RideInbox.
Many agencies provide External Orders, Change Requests, and Cancellations in file formats such as CSV, XLS, or XML, which Transport Providers can download from an extranet.
RideSuite accepts spreadsheet formats from the largest agencies. For agencies not yet configured, please provide a sample file, and we will set up the required field mapping. After that, future imports from that agency's format will be automatic.
If your file format is not yet supported, follow these steps:
- Download RideSuite’s template spreadsheet.
- Fill in the required data, reading the instructions and using the first row as a guide (you may overwrite or delete the test data).
- Save the file as a CSV.
- In the Upload section, click Choose a file to select your CSV.
- Click Import to complete the upload.
For a list of agencies currently supported for direct spreadsheet uploads, please contact our support team by raising a ticket.
