Getting Started with RideInbox
RideInbox provides the tools you need to process every kind of booking - no matter how you receive them!
Designed to consolidate all your bookings in one place, RideInbox replaces traditional methods like email, spreadsheets, and homemade databases. It is especially effective for processing airport transfers and other pre-booked transport services, giving you an efficient and streamlined solution for managing incoming bookings.
Five Ways to Bring New Orders into RideSuite
Internally
If your demand partner also has a RideSuite account, they can connect with you and send bookings directly through the platform.
Via the RideSuite Booking API
Travel industry partners can send bookings to you using the RideSuite Booking API.
Email Forwarding
Enable email forwarding on your regular email account to automatically import bookings into RideInbox using the
email importer.
File Upload
Upload spreadsheets using the RideInbox file import tool. Spreadsheets must be in a recognised format for successful import.
Manual Entry
Automated Booking Import & Validation
In many cases, RideInbox can automatically import and validate new orders. Some orders are fully validated during import, while others may require final checks by a staff member. When automation isn’t feasible, booking administrators can use a split-screen view to efficiently copy and paste data into a new booking record.
Manage Accept/Reject Links
RideInbox makes it easier to handle those often-overlooked accept and reject links. It automatically notifies your demand partner using their preferred method. Unresolved orders are held within RideInbox until they are processed, while validated orders are passed seamlessly to other RideSuite applications, ready for driver assignment or subcontracting to another local service provider.
Handling Booking Changes & Cancellations
RideInbox also supports booking changes and cancellations, ensuring internal records are automatically updated whenever possible.
