Booking Record Overview

A Booking Record displays the rides booked by a customer under a specific Booking Reference. This booking might span several Sales Orders, each containing one or more Rides.

Customer Details

The Customer is the person who made the booking. The Customer Details section captures essential information, including:
  1. Customer Name
  2. Customer Email Address
  3. Customer Phone Number
  4. Booking Reference
  5. Partner who sent the booking
  6. Subagent, if applicable


Financial Summary

This section contains the financial information for all the rides included in the booking. It summarises the pricing and charges associated with the rides, providing a clear breakdown of the financial details.



Ride Section

Priced From / Priced To

These sections capture the pick-up and drop-off details for the ride. Depending on the location, the fields will vary as follows:

Airports
Pick-up from Airport: Includes terminal, flight number, flight arrival date & time, airline, originating airport, and pick-up date & time.
Drop-off at Airport: Includes terminal, flight number, flight departure date & time, airline, and destination airport.

Ports
Pick-up from Port: Includes terminal, ship number, ship arrival date & time, operator, originating port, and pick-up date & time.
Drop-off at Port: Includes terminal, ship number, ship departure date & time, operator, and destination port.

Train Stations
Pick-up from Train Station: Includes train platform, train number, train arrival date & time, rail operator, originating station, and pick-up date & time.
Drop-off at Train Station: Includes train platform, train number, train departure date & time, rail operator, and destination station.

Towns/Cities
Pick-up and Drop-off: Includes the name of the town/city, location type, location name (if location type is 'Location'), address, and for pick-ups, the date and time.

Points of Interest (POIs)
Pick-up and Drop-off: Includes the name of the POI, and for pick-ups, the date and time.


Ride Details

Captures the operational details of the ride, including the transport requirements for the customer.
  1. Lead Passenger details
  2. Welcome Messages or Special Requests
  3. Requested Vehicle
  4. Vehicle Type
  5. Rate
  6. Number of Adults, Children, and Infants


Extras

It also includes any requested extras, such as additional services or amenities, along with their quantity and price.



Please note: RideSuite does not currently support selecting POI as a Place.
