Setting up a Profile
Each business on the platform has a company profile, which is accessible from the left-hand menu in RideConnect. These profiles provide essential information about the business and can be edited by an admin user. The company profile includes:
- Company Description: A brief description of the business, including services offered.
- Company Profile Image: An image representing the business.
- Number of Drivers Connected to RideSuite: This is automatically displayed, showing the number of drivers associated with the business.
- Number of Rides Performed in the Last 12 Months: Automatically updated with the number of rides completed within the last year.
- Date the Company Joined RideSuite: The date the business became part of the RideSuite platform (automatically displayed).
Companies can also personalise their profile by adding their own company description and profile image.
