How to Access and Use Messaging
Access the Messaging Service:
The instant messaging service can be accessed from the left-hand menu in RideConnect.Start a Conversation:
- In the left-hand partners list, click on the partner's name you wish to message.
- A chat window will open on the right side of the screen, where you can type your message in the message box.
Send the Message:
After typing your message, click ‘Send’ to deliver it.Replies and Notifications:
When your partner replies, a notification will trigger, alerting you to the new message.
This feature ensures that all partners stay connected and can communicate efficiently in real-time.
