Discovering RideConnect

RideConnect allows you to connect with other businesses on the platform.

RideConnect is a platform designed to allow Transport Service Organisers (agencies) and Transport Service Providers (fleets) to connect with each other and expand their network of business relationships. Whether you are an agency connecting to another agency, an agency connecting to a fleet, or a fleet connecting to another fleet, RideConnect supports all combinations and there are no limits to the number of connections a business can establish.

Profile

Each business on the platform has its own profile that can be managed by an admin user. The profile includes key information about the business such as a header photo and business details. 

These profiles are customisable to suit the needs of each business, helping partners understand each other’s offerings and capabilities.

Local Partners

RideConnect is seeded with agencies and fleets located in key target areas, referred to as Potentials. These businesses can connect with others by simply clicking on a map pin and selecting any organisation within the platform.

Messages

The in-app instant messaging service keeps all partners connected in real-time. This feature is especially useful for operational teams who need to communicate and coordinate on the fly. The messaging system helps facilitate quick discussions, ensuring seamless interactions between connected businesses.
