Unresolved Rides

Unresolved Rides

Accessing the Unresolved Section

The Unresolved section can be accessed via the left-hand menu in RideManager. This section provides a paginated list of rides that require further action due to their unresolved status.

Rides in the Unresolved Section

Rides appear in this section under the following conditions:

  1. Not Yet Accepted: The ride has been allocated to a partner but is still awaiting their acceptance.
  2. Rejected: The partner has declined the ride allocation.
  3. Cancelled: The partner initially accepted but later canceled the ride.

Resolving Rejected or Cancelled Rides

For rides marked as Rejected or Cancelled, clicking on the record opens a new cloned purchase order in the Purchase Order Detail View. From here, you can:

  • Reallocate to the Same Partner: Retry the allocation with the previously selected partner if circumstances have changed.
  • Reallocate to a New Partner: Assign the purchase order to a different partner if preferred.

Adjusting Rates

Before finalising the allocation, you can:

  • Adjust Rates as Necessary to align with the new partner’s terms or resolve any missing rates.

Once the rates are updated, you can proceed with reallocating the ride.

Streamlining Ride Management

The Unresolved section ensures that all pending, rejected, or canceled rides are easily trackable and actionable, allowing users to quickly address disruptions and reallocate rides efficiently.
