Troubleshooting & Giving Feedback on the Platform

If something doesn’t work as expected or you have suggestions, we’ve made it easy for you to get support or provide feedback directly within the platform.

Reporting a Bug or Issue

Click the “Feedback” Label (middle-right side of your screen).


A form will pop up. Please:

  • Enter your name

  • Enter your user email

  • Describe the issue in as much detail as possible

  • (Optional) Use the screenshot tool to:

    • Highlight areas in red

    • Black out any sensitive information

  • Click Submit — our team will review and get back to you shortly with answers or a fix.




Live Chat (During Office Hours)


You can chat with our support team during office hours via:

  • The “Feedback” form (look for the Live Chat button at the bottom)

  • The Help Center widget (see below)


If live chat is unavailable, please submit a ticket and we’ll respond via email.

You can:

  • Browse Knowledge Base Articles

  • Start a Live Chat (during office hours)

  • Submit a Support Ticket


To submit a ticket:

  • Enter your name and user email

  • Choose a ticket type: General Enquiry, Feature Request, Feedback

  • Write your message and submit.


We’ll review it and get back to you with support or next steps.

What Happens Next?

Whether you submit a ticket or a feedback report, our team will:

  • Review your message

  • Investigate the issue or consider the suggestion

  • Get back to you with a response, fix, or update on feasibility
