Introduction to RideSuite

What is RideSuite?

RideSuite was founded by Chris after leaving Suntransfers.com, with the goal of leveraging cloud and mobile technologies to connect trusted transport operators and drivers with travel brands and their customers. Recognising the gap in the market, Chris developed RideSuite as a platform designed to bridge the travel industry with ground transportation.

RideSuite’s initial version allows travel organisers to seamlessly allocate transport services—whether for taxis, executive cars, minibuses, or coaches—to providers. Transport service providers can then consolidate, schedule, dispatch, and monitor their operations. The platform provides real-time driver status and location data, which can be shared with retailers and customers through custom or white-label mobile apps for full ride-tracking functionality. Future software updates will include expanded support for pricing, billing, and additional services.

Application Suite

RideInbox

RideInbox helps transport operators streamline their booking processes by centralising all bookings into one manageable order stream. Bookings can be received via email parsing, XML attachments, CSV/XLS uploads, or a powerful API. Each ride is validated, and responses are sent via email or API. Unresolved bookings are flagged on the RideInbox dashboard, while validated bookings are queued for scheduling.

RideHQ

RideHQ is the control centre of RideSuite, providing access to settings, booking data, and reports—everything needed to manage your operations in one place.

RideManager

RideManager empowers demand partners to assign jobs to transport providers or intermediaries within their network. This application features a rules engine to ensure that providers meet specific service requirements, such as price, driver availability, vehicle type, and service attributes.

RideSchedule

RideSchedule offers a dynamic calendar view for dispatchers, allowing them to assign jobs to drivers through a simple drag-and-drop interface. It includes core rules like vehicle capacity and configurable dispatcher settings, such as minimum "changeover periods" between jobs. RideSchedule also calculates travel time between assignments, alerting dispatchers if schedules are tight.

RideReact

RideReact provides a real-time replanning view for active and upcoming jobs. Using a similar left-to-right calendar layout, it highlights jobs impacted by delays, traffic, or other disruptions, allowing dispatchers to proactively reschedule and maintain smooth operations.

RideConnect

RideConnect enables transport operators to form LinkedIn-style partnerships with local providers, giving them the flexibility to pass on overbooked jobs while retaining job visibility and tracking. This feature is ideal for handling fluctuations in demand efficiently.

RideRates

RideRates allows connected partners, intermediaries, and operators to create and share pricing matrices for destination-based, distance-based, or hourly pricing—often a combination of these. Prices are adjustable based on vehicle type and can be shared across multiple partners.

RideSuite Driver App

The RideSuite Driver App is available for iOS and Android, providing drivers with daily job lists and detailed job views that update in real-time. Drivers can mark job progress with status updates. The app also features a multilingual messaging system with touch-to-talk capabilities for easy communication.
