Giving Feedback on the Platform

If something doesn’t work as expected or you have suggestions, we’ve made it easy for you to provide feedback directly within the platform.

How to Provide Feedback

Click the “Feedback” Label (middle-right side of your screen).


A form will pop up. Please:

  • Enter your name

  • Enter your user email

  • Describe the issue / feature request in as much detail as possible

  • (Optional) Use the screenshot tool to:

    • Highlight areas in red

    • Black out any sensitive information

  • Click Submit — our team will review and get back to you shortly with answers or a fix.




Live Chat (During Office Hours)

You can also chat with our support team during office hours via the “Feedback” form (look for the Live Chat button at the bottom)

If live chat is unavailable, please submit a ticket and we’ll respond via email.

What Happens Next?

Our team will:
  • Review your message
  • Investigate the issue or consider the suggestion
  • Get back to you with a response, fix, or update on feasibility
