Screen Stuck on a Spinner / Loading
If the app appears to be stuck on a loading spinner, this usually indicates a temporary internet connectivity issue.
In most cases, the app is waiting for a response from the server but cannot complete the request due to a slow or interrupted connection.
Step 1: Check Your Internet Connection
Before assuming there is a technical issue with the platform, please check the following:
- Ensure your device has an active internet connection
- Try opening another website or app to confirm your connection is working
- If you are on Wi-Fi, try:
- Restarting your router
- Moving closer to the router
- Checking if other devices are using significant bandwidth
- If possible, switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to test the connection
Step 2: Try Again
After confirming your connection is stable, refresh the page or restart the app and try the action again.
Step 3: Report the Issue
While most spinner issues are related to connectivity, we cannot completely rule out a technical problem.
If the issue continues after checking your internet connection, please submit an
