The Scheduler is where users can make real-time service adjustments to manage current, past, and future rides. It consolidates ride data into a single interface with colour-coded indicators for quick and easy assessment of ride status.

The Scheduler can be found in the left-hand menu in RideReact.

Past Rides

• Displays the actual time taken to complete the ride.
• Colour-coded in pastel shades:
  • Green: Ride completed without issues.
  • Red: Driver was late for pickup and/or an issue was recorded.

Current Rides

• Includes rides that are already in progress or starting within the next hour.
• Shows actual start times and anticipated durations, updated with real-time traffic data.
• Status colors:
  • Red: Driver is expected to be late for pickup.
  • Orange: Customer is onboard, but arrival at the destination is expected to be delayed by more than 10 minutes.
  • Pale Blue: Ride is proceeding as planned.

Future Rides

• Reflects the schedules created in RideSchedule.
• If a driver is running late on a current ride and real-time traffic data indicates they will miss their next pickup, that ride will appear in red.
