The Map View can be accessed from the left-hand menu in RideReact. It consolidates data from both your own fleet and subcontracted rides, providing a unified, live view of all current operations. This view allows you to track vehicle status and make informed decisions in real-time.

The Map View displays vehicle icons that represent vehicle type groups, with colour-coding to indicate the status of each ride. The colour schema aligns with that used in the Scheduler, ensuring consistency across the platform:

• Black: Vehicle is not performing a job.
• Red: Driver is expected to be late for the pickup.
• Orange: Customer is onboard, but arrival at the destination is expected to be delayed by more than 10 minutes.
• Pale Blue: Ride is proceeding as planned.

Interactive Features:

• Highlight Routes: Clicking on a vehicle highlights its route and displays map pins at both pickup and drop-off locations.
• Contextual Menu: Right-clicking on a vehicle opens a contextual menu, offering options such as a direct link to the corresponding ride booking record.
