When you open the RideSuite Driver App, you’ll land on the My Schedule view.
Here you’ll see a list of your upcoming jobs ordered by date and time.
At the top of the screen, the app displays your ETA to the pick-up location, calculated in real time based on your current position and traffic conditions.
To see more information about a job, tap on the job in the list.
After selecting a job, you will be taken to the Job Details screen.
Here you can review all job information, including:
Booking Reference
Pick-up location
Drop-off location
Passenger details
Extra details
Notes and welcome message (if provided)
To begin the job, tap the Start button at the bottom of the screen.
Once you tap Start, you’ll be taken to the Active Job View. This screen is designed to support you during the job.
The main part of the screen is a map displaying the full route.
You will see pins for:
Pick-up point
Drop-off point
When you tap any map pin, a Google Maps navigation button will appear in the bottom-right corner.
Tap this to open Google Maps with turn-by-turn navigation.
At the top of the Active Job View, you’ll see a status bar showing your current job status.
At any time, you can swipe left to view the job’s details again without leaving the active job screen.
Updating your job status is essential for accurate job tracking and communication.
Status updates are performed by swiping, not tapping.
The statuses progress in this order:
On My Way
Automatically active once you start the job. Use this while en route to the pick-up.
At Pick-up
When you arrive at the pick-up location, swipe to update the status to At Pick-up.
POB (Passengers On Board)
Once you meet the passengers and they are on board, swipe to POB.
En Route
When you depart the pick-up and begin heading toward the destination, swipe to En Route.
Arrived
Upon reaching the destination, swipe to Arrived.
Completed
When the passengers have left the vehicle and the job is finished, swipe to Completed.
The job will then be closed and removed from your Active Job View.
If a passenger does not show up at the pick-up location, you can quickly report this from the Active Job View:
At the top of the screen, tap the No-Show icon (a user silhouette with a line across it).
A confirmation popup will appear.
Review the prompt and click the Passenger No Show button to record the no-show.
Once confirmed, the no-show event will be logged and the dispatch team will be notified according to your settings.
If a driver has already been assigned to a job but are unable to perform it, the job must be unassigned or moved to a different driver before they can start the next scheduled job.
Unassigning and reassigning jobs is managed in RideSchedule, see here.
Important things to know:
If a job is still assigned to a driver, they cannot start the next job in the Driver App.
A job must be Completed, Aborted, or have a Passenger No-Show reported before the app allows you to move to the next job.
If a driver cannot complete the job, the dispatch team must unassign them from the job in RideSchedule.
If the job needs to be handled by another driver, it can be reassigned in RideSchedule by dragging and dropping the job onto another driver.
Once the driver is unassigned, the next job will become available to Start in the Driver App.
This ensures jobs are always assigned to the correct driver and prevents scheduling conflicts during active shifts.
Make sure location permissions are set to “Allow all the time” so the app can track your route accurately.
Always keep the app updated through the Google Play Store for the latest improvements and fixes.
