Setting up the Company

Once an account is created in RideSuite, the company information needs to be configured in RideHQ.

Steps to Configure Company Information

  1. Navigate to the Configuration tab in the left-hand menu.
  2. Click on Company.

Required Fields

Fill in the following fields to complete the setup:

  • Registered Name: The company’s legal name used on official documents.
  • Trading Name: The company’s operating name.
  • Company Number: The unique identification number for the company.
  • Company Tax Number: The VAT registration number for the company, if applicable.
  • Description: A short summary of the services your company provides.

Address Details

  • Billing Address: The fiscal address (validated by Google).
  • Garage Address: The physical location for the office or garage (validated by Google).
  • Latitude/Longitude: Automatically populated coordinates for the billing address.

Contact Information

  • Language: Primary language used in company communications.
  • General Email: Email for general inquiries (e.g., betatestbuses@gmail.com).
  • Booking Email: Email for receiving bookings (e.g., bookingsbetatestbuses@gmail.com).
  • Billing Email: Email for accounting (e.g., accountsbetatestbuses@gmail.com).
  • General Phone: Phone number for general inquiries (e.g., +34 932 895 000).
  • Emergency Phone: Phone number for travel assistance (e.g., +34 932 895 001).
  • Billing Phone: Phone number for accounting (e.g., +34 932 895 002).

Online Presence

  • Website: The company’s website.
  • Social Media Links: Links to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter pages.
Click the green Save button at the top of the page to save the entered information.
