RideHQ Overview

RideHQ Overview

RideHQ is the hub of your business. It’s where you’ll find your settings, booking data and reports.

Dashboard

The RideHQ Dashboard allows users to select from 3 to 9 mini-reports to display, providing a customised view of key metrics and information.

Bookings

The Bookings section lists all bookings received, organised by purchase order date for quick reference.

Rides

The Rides section lists all rides in the system, ordered by ride date. This section provides extensive functionality compared to the Bookings section, allowing users to:
  • Assign rides to drivers
  • Create filtered reports
  • Export ride data in Excel format

Issues

The Issues section displays all issues in the system, which users can filter by status. Issues are categorised into sub-types: QueryComplaint, and General Issue. Each issue has a priority level, and reminders can be set as needed. Note that issues are not associated with specific users.

Tasks

The Tasks section includes all tasks within the system, along with a filtered view of My Tasks. Each task is owned by a user and can have a priority, a due date, and reminders for tracking.

Configuration

Company

In the Company sub-section, admin users enter essential information about their business.

User

The User sub-section allows admin users to create accounts for staff and other authorised users. Users can be assigned roles as AdministratorsDrivers, or both.

My Vehicle Types

In My Vehicle Types, admin users add vehicle types to their fleet or types they negotiate pricing for.

Vehicles

In the Vehicles sub-section, users can add, edit, or depreciate vehicle records. Each vehicle record includes information such as a photo, make, model, registration number, VIN, and year of manufacture.
