Receiving Order Changes

Receiving Order Changes

Change Orders are accessed from the left-hand menu in RideInbox.

What are Change Orders?

End-consumer travel arrangements may need to be modified, corrected, or updated for various reasons. These updates, often referred to as Change Orders, are typically submitted in the same format as External Orders and can include changes to booking details, ride details, or other specific transport arrangements.

Change Orders are usually categorised as either Booking Changes or Ride Changes, and they are accessible within the Changed Orders tab.

How Does RideSuite Handle Change Orders?

When a Change Order is received, RideSuite will search for an existing booking using the reference number provided in the Change Order. Once a match is found, the system associates the Change Request with the corresponding booking.

  • You will need to review the Change Order to ensure the requested changes are valid.
  • After reviewing, you can either [ACCEPT] or [REJECT] the change.

If the order had previously been allocated to a partner (through RideManager), you will need to reallocate the order once the change has been accepted.

This ensures that all changes to bookings are properly reviewed, processed, and updated, keeping your booking and transport arrangements accurate and up-to-date.
