Manual Changes

From time to time, end-consumer travel arrangements may need to be updated, corrected, or changed. While these updates are often provided in the same format as External Orders and Purchase Orders, there are cases where a user must manually adjust booking records.

Steps to Manually Update a Booking

  1. Navigate to RideHQ.
  2. Open the Ride record.
  3. Click the Change Order button.
  4. Make the necessary changes.
  5. Click Save Change Order to finalise.

This action will supersede the linked Purchase Order, creating a new draft Purchase Order to be reassigned to a Transport Provider in RideManager.
