Adding Manual Orders

Adding Manual Orders

In addition to receiving External Orders and Purchase Orders, users may also need to manually enter orders, such as bookings made over the phone or received via unstructured emails.

To add a Manual Order:

  1. Click the + icon in the top menu bar.
  2. Select New Order.

This action opens a blank Booking Form where you can enter all relevant booking details, including CustomerRide, and Financial Information. Once all information is filled in, click Save. The order will then appear in RideHQ for tracking and management.
